Remember that the Akashic Records reside in their own realm, and are a Cosmic Consciousness.
When you want to work with them you need to shift your level of consciousness to enter that realm, which is where the Meditation comes in.
The Akashic Records are a sort of Cosmic database.
In the Records is a complete recording of every life that has ever been.
Today’s meditation is focused on beginning to work with the Chakras; strengthening, cleansing and empowering them.
Remember that they’re like muscles, so the more we work with them, the more we can do with them, and the more they can do for us!
I have used this meditation for years, & have multiple variations of it as well, depending on what I am doing.
