There is a Chakra, or energy point, at every joint, nerve bundle & the tip of each finger/toe.
But the Seven Prime, or Meridian Chakras are the ones most of us know about; we will be discussing these!

When we breath we fill our lungs with air, it allows our brain to function and gives us the ability to speak. This is why the East Element is associated with communication and messages!
Every element is represented by certain things, and also corresponds to certain aspects of Nature and Energy Work.
Today we are going to discuss those aspects of the Earth Element!
Alone each has its own power, meaning and correspondences; together they represent the Foundation of our world and all energetic workings. When they come in Harmony they form the Fifth Element (insert corny movie joke or quote here) of Spirit, which I will be discussing later as well.
